Privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to RP Supply and to RP Supply Keyword Export (the "app"), an internal tool operated by RP Supply, the Netherlands.

What the app does

The app connects to the Google Ads API to retrieve keyword planning data, such as historical monthly search volumes, competition and bid estimates, for Google Ads accounts owned or managed by RP Supply. It is used only by RP Supply staff for internal market research. It is not offered to the public or to other companies.

Data we access

When an authorized RP Supply user signs in with Google, the app requests access to the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). It uses this access only to request keyword metrics for keywords entered by that user. The app does not read emails, contacts, files or other Google account data.

How data is used and stored

• Keyword data is saved as files on RP Supply's own computers and used for internal analysis only.
• Sign-in tokens are stored locally on the user's device and are never shared.
• We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, and do not use it for advertising.

Google API Services User Data Policy

RP Supply Keyword Export's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us to make a request.
